TIME TO GET FIT

OK  I can not put it off any longer I need to get fit 
I have always been a skinny minnie and never bigger then a size 8 
over the last few years I have slowly been putting on the pounds and have now gone up to a size 16
well I am squeezing into a size 14 but my trousers are tight and uncomfortable 
so its time to do something about it 

I am going to use my blog to capture my new health regime and weight lose


This week after a week of healthy eating and being determined to change things around 
my daughter treated me to a Fitbit HR 
WOW I have only been using this for 3 days and I love it im totally hooked 
I am constantly looking at my steps as im determined to hit my 10.000 step target a day
so far so good , iv hit target very day 


I have stocked up on slimming world meals and the last week i have only had these 
cooking separate meals for my family ,
I have to say im impressed they are tasty and big portions 
I have upped my fresh fruit , I have been making big tubs of fruit salad 
having a bowl after my diner in the evenings , 
no more snacking gone are the biscuits crisps fizzy pop and chocolate bars 

I have been taking Poppy ( my dog ) and her Friend Bubsie to Primrose Hill 
and doing over an hours walk every day , I am hoping to step this up gradually 
, maybe getting to a slight jog in time , slowly but surely I will get there

I love I can set a target on my Fitbit HR

so here goes

 MY CURRENT WEIGHT 13ST 0LB as of the 13th APRIL 2016
I HAVE SET MY TARGET WEIGHT TO GET TO 10ST 


this is just the start of my journey and I hope you will follow and encourage me with any tips
